In order to safely qualify for our weight loss programs, you will need to complete the following:

  • Have an initial consultation with our healthcare provider to review health history including BMI and to receive weight loss education.
  • Complete baseline labs

Current BMI, BMI goals and your health history will be reviewed before weight loss medication will be prescribed. Your safety and long term success is our top priority.

If prescribed medication, monthly visits will be required to continue with the program. We want to know that it is working and our purpose is to provide ongoing support, motivation and education.
